भीमसेनस्य बहुमहारथसंयुगः
Bhīmasena’s Engagement with Multiple Mahārathas
सौवीरा: कितवा: प्राच्या: प्रतीच्योदीच्यमालवा:
saṃjaya uvāca | sauvīrāḥ kitavāḥ prācyāḥ pratīcyodīcyamālavāḥ śūrasenāḥ śibayo vasātayaś ca | śatrūṇāṃ tīkṣṇabāṇapīḍitā api raṇabhūmau bhīṣmaṃ hitvā na palāyanta |
三阇耶说道：娑毗罗人、吉多婆人、东方诸族、西方诸族、北方诸族与摩罗婆人——并与首罗娑那、尸毗以及婆娑底之众——虽为敌军锐箭所苦，仍不逃离战场，也不弃毗湿摩而去。他们的坚守显出武士之法：在痛楚中站稳阵列，于战争恐怖之中仍守对统帅的忠诚。
