Transliteration

bhīṣmas tu saṁhataḥ saṅkhye dhārtarāṣṭrīḥ sa-sainikaiḥ

Translation

三阇耶说道：在战斗最为胶着之处，毗湿摩被持国之子们连同其军队紧逼围困——这是一幅战争阴冷讽刺的图景：对己方的忠诚，竟也能使最为高贵的勇士陷入险境与道德的煎迫。
