अश्वमेधावसानम् — Dakṣiṇā-vibhāga and Avabhṛtha
Completion of the Aśvamedha
उज्छं मूलं फलं शाकमुदपात्रं तपोधना: । दानं विभवतो दत्त्वा नरा: स्वर्यान्ति धार्मिका:
Vaiśampāyana uvāca | ucchaṁ mūlaṁ phalaṁ śākam udapātraṁ tapodhanāḥ | dānaṁ vibhavato dattvā narāḥ svaryānti dhārmikāḥ ||
毗湿摩波耶那说道：“噢，具足苦行之财者！行法之人依其能力而施舍，便能升至天界——纵然所施不过是拾取的余粮（uñcha）、根茎、果实、蔬菜，或一器清水。”
