Transliteration

api sañcayabuddhiṁ hi lobhamohavaśaṅgataḥ | udvejayati bhūtāni pāpenāśuddhabuddhinā ||

Translation

毗湿摩波耶那说：为贪欲与痴迷所制者，便生起囤积之心；以不净之见行诸罪行，遂使众生陷于惊惧与扰乱。
