Marutta’s Sacrifice and Agni’s Embassy (मरुत्त-यज्ञे दूतत्वम्)
व्यास उवाच ततः प्रायाद् धूमकेतुर्महात्मा वनस्पतीन् वीरुधश्चापमृद्नन् । कामाद्धिमान्ते परिवर्तमान: काष्ठातिगो मातरिश्वेव नर्दन्
vyāsa uvāca tataḥ prāyād dhūmaketur mahātmā vanaspatīn vīrudhaś cāpamṛdnan | kāmād dhimānte parivartamānaḥ kāṣṭhātigo mātariśveva nardan ||
毗耶娑说道：于是，那以烟为旗的大魂阿耆尼从彼处出发，践踏林木与蔓草而行。他随意奔涌向前，如冬尽之时纵横四方的长风，行进间轰然作响——此景正显神力一旦发动，便具不可阻遏、净化万物之势。
