बभ्रुवाहन-धनंजययोः संग्रामः

तथायं सुरथाज्जातो मम पौत्रो महाभुज: । “मन्दबुद्धि दुर्योधन और जयद्रथको भूलकर हमें अपनाओ। जैसे अभिमन्युसे शत्रुवीरोंका संहार करनेवाले परीक्षितका जन्म हुआ है
tathāyaṃ surathāj jāto mama pautro mahābhujaḥ |
毗舍摩波耶那说：“因此，从苏罗他诞生了我的这位孙儿，臂力雄伟。”此言强调大战浩劫之后王族血脉的延续：凭借贤良后嗣，宗系得以复兴，并劝人舍弃迷误的效忠，承认合乎达摩的正统继承。
