बभ्रुवाहन-धनंजययोः संग्रामः

Babhruvāhana and Dhanaṃjaya’s engagement at Maṇipūra

यथाप्राणं यथोत्साहं योधयामासुररजुनम्‌ | अमित तेजस्वी अर्जुनके द्वारा मारे जानेपर भी सैन्धव योद्धा बल और उत्साहपूर्वक उनके साथ जूझते ही रहे

yathāprāṇaṃ yathotsāhaṃ yodhayāmāsur arjunam | amita-tejasvinā arjunena māryamāṇā api saindhavā yodhā bala-utsāha-pūrvakaṃ tena saha yuyudhire ||

毗湿摩波罗耶那说道:诸勇士以如同自身呼吸般的全力,怀着毫不减退的斗志,与阿周那交战。纵然被那光辉无量的阿周那一一斩落,信度国(Saindhava)诸战士仍凭借力量与勇气,继续与他近身搏斗——在不可避免的败亡之中,显出坚忍不屈的英勇之象。
