ततः स प्राविशत् तूर्ण जन्मवेश्म पितुस्तव । अर्चितं पुरुषव्याप्र सितैर्माल्यैर्यथाविधि
tataḥ sa prāviśat tūṛṇaṃ janmaveśma pitus tava | arcitaṃ puruṣavyāghra sitair mālyair yathāvidhi ||
随后,他疾步进入你父亲的诞生之室——产房——噫,人中之虎!其处已依仪轨受敬,并以白色花鬘如法装饰,昭示此地之清净神圣,以及对吉祥礼俗的谨慎奉行。
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse underscores dharma as careful observance of auspicious and purificatory rites: sacred spaces—especially those connected with birth—are to be approached with reverence, cleanliness, and proper ritual order, reflecting ethical respect for life and lineage.
Vaiśampāyana narrates that Śrī Kṛṣṇa quickly enters the father’s birth-chamber (lying-in room), which has been properly decorated with white garlands according to ritual prescription, indicating a solemn, sanctified setting for what follows.
