एवमेतद्‌ वद ब्रह्म॒न्‌ नानृतं वदसे5नघ । अभिशन्ञानं तु किंचित्‌ त्वं समानयितुमरहसि

Transliteration

evam etad vada brahman nānṛtaṁ vadasy anagha | abhiśaṅjñānaṁ tu kiñcit tvaṁ samānayitum arhasi |

Translation

“就如此吧，婆罗门啊——便照此一字不差地说；无垢者啊，你并不妄言。然而，既然你是奉王命亲来、携其口信而至，就当拿出一件可资识别的信物——一份凭证——以证明确是代表国王而来。”
