उत्तङ्कोपाख्यानम् — Maṇi-Kuṇḍala Retrieval and Entry into Nāgaloka
Chapter 57
चकार न व्यथां विप्रो राजा त्वेनमथाब्रवीत् । प्रत्युत्थाय महातेजा भयकर्ता यमोपम:
Vaiśampāyana uvāca | cakāra na vyathāṃ vipro rājā tv enam athābravīt | pratyutthāya mahātejā bhayakartā yamopamaḥ ||
毗湿摩波耶那说：那婆罗门毫无动摇。见到他，威势赫然的国王——可怖如阎摩——起身以示敬意，继而开口相告。此景彰显伦理理想：真正的灵性权威（婆罗门的苦行与学识）能无惧地立于世俗权势之前；而正法之王则以应有的礼敬尊崇贤德婆罗门，以此护持达摩。
