वैशम्पायन उवाच उत्तड़कस्तु तथोक्त: स जगाम भरतर्षभ | मदयन्तीं च दृष्टवा स ज्ञापयत्‌ स्वप्रयोजनम्‌

Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: Uttaṅkastu tathoktaḥ sa jagāma bharatarṣabha | Madayantīṃ ca dṛṣṭvā sa jñāpayat svaprayojanam ||

Translation

毗舍波耶那说道：“婆罗多族中之雄者啊，国王如此说罢，圣者乌坦迦便前往王后摩达延蒂处。见到她后，他便告知自己来访的缘由。”
