कālacakra-वर्णनम् तथा āśrama-धarma-निरूपणम्
The Wheel of Time and the Norms of the Āśramas
गृहस्थो ब्रह्मचारी च वानप्रस्थो5थ भिक्षुक: । चत्वार आश्रमा: प्रोक्ता: सर्वे गार्हस्थ्यमूलका:
gṛhastho brahmacārī ca vānaprastho ’tha bhikṣukaḥ | catvāra āśramāḥ proktāḥ sarve gārhasthya-mūlakāḥ ||
风神伐由说道：“居家者、梵行学子、林栖者与行乞出家者——经论所说四种住期（āśrama）。然此诸住期，皆以居家之道为根本。”
