पापयोनिं समापतन्नाश्वाण्डाला मूकचूचुका: । वर्णान् पर्यायशश्षापि प्राप्रुवन्त्युत्तरोत्तरम्
pāpayoniṁ samāpatann āśvāṇḍālā mūkacūcukāḥ | varṇān paryāyaśaś cāpi prāpnuvanty uttarottaram ||
风神伐由说道：有些众生再度堕入罪恶之胎，生为旃陀罗（贱民、弃民），或为哑者，或为口吃之人。然而，依诸生之次第，当往昔业报之余果渐尽、福德成熟之时，他们亦能在轮回中逐步获得更高的社会阶序。
