उपपन्नं च तत्सव॑॑ श्रुतचारित्रसंयुतम् । भावेनातोषयच्चैनं गुरुवृत्त्या परंतप:
Transliteration
upapannaṃ ca tat sarvaṃ śrutacāritrasaṃyutam | bhāvenātoṣayac cainaṃ guruvṛttyā paraṃtapaḥ ||
Translation
见那仙人具足一切资粮——由圣闻而成的学识与严整的行持——迦叶这“焚敌者”便依礼趋近。以由衷的敬信与师道之行而侍奉，遂令那成就的大士心生欢喜。
