Transliteration

vīryavanto mahātmānaḥ paurāṇāṃ ca hite ratāḥ |

Translation

毗湿摩波耶那说：“噢，俱卢之裔！他们勇武而胸怀宏大，专心致力于百姓之福祉。般度五兄弟对贤善与柔和之人温厚体恤；而对凶顽恶徒，则可怖如毒蛇。”
