Transliteration

tair iyaṃ puruṣavyāghrair vidyā-bāhu-bala-anvitaiḥ

Translation

毗舍波耶那说道：正是那些如虎之士——具足学识、臂力雄强、气力充沛——完成了此事；由此可见，才能若与戒律与知识相合，便成为行持正法之业的利器。
