vaiśampāyana uvāca | viveśa viduro dhīmān gātrair gātrāṇi caiva ha | prāṇān prāṇeṣu ca dadhad indriyāṇīndriyeṣu ca ||
毗耶娑波耶那说道:智者毗度罗进入了(由提湿提罗之中)。他以肢入肢、以息入息、以诸根入诸根,将自身的存在融入国王。此景将毗度罗的最后之举呈现为严谨的瑜伽收摄与无私的合一,昭示真正的智慧终归于内在的主宰,而非外在的权势。
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights yogic mastery at life’s end: the wise person withdraws and integrates body, breath, and senses with perfect control, suggesting that spiritual attainment and selflessness surpass worldly status.
Vidura, having reached the culmination of his life and practice, mystically enters Yudhiṣṭhira—symbolizing the transfer/absorption of his embodied energies (limbs, prāṇa, and senses) and marking Vidura’s departure (niryāṇa).
