महातेजा महावीरयों बाल एव गुणैर्युत: । ऋचीकस्तस्य पुत्रस्तु जमदग्निस्ततो5भवत्‌,वे महान्‌ तेजस्वी और अत्यन्त शक्तिशाली थे। बचपनमें ही अनेक सदगुण उनकी शोभा बढ़ाने लगे। और्वके पुत्र ऋचीक तथा ऋचीकके पुत्र जमदग्नि हुए

Transliteration

mahātejā mahāvīryo bāla eva guṇair yutaḥ | ṛcīkas tasya putras tu jamadagniḥ tato 'bhavat ||

Translation

毗舍波耶那说：他光辉炽盛，勇力无双；即使在童年也具足诸般德行。他的儿子名为梨支迦（Ṛcīka），由梨支迦又诞生了阇摩达耆尼（Jamadagni）。
