Transliteration

Janamejaya uvāca | ye ete kīrtitā brahman ye cānye nānukīrtitāḥ | samyak tān śrotum icchāmi rājñaś cānyānū sahasraśaḥ ||

Translation

阇那美阇耶说道：“婆罗门啊，我愿详尽听闻你在此所称述的诸王之名，也愿听闻那许多未被提及者——确乎，要听那成千上万位统治者的事迹。”
