बभूव रूपमत्युग्रं सर्वभूतात्मनस्तदा । इस प्रकार पिशाच, नाग तथा राक्षसोंका संहार करनेवाले सर्वभूतात्मा भगवान् श्रीकृष्णका स्वरूप उस समय बड़ा भयंकर जान पड़ता था
babhūva rūpam atyugraṁ sarvabhūtātmanas tadā |
毗湿摩波耶那说:那时,主——住于一切众生之内的自性(萨尔瓦布胡塔特曼),并诛灭毗舍遮、那伽与罗刹者——其形相显得极其凶烈可怖。
वैशम्पायन उवाच
