ऑपन--माज छा अल षड्विशर्त्याधिकद्विशततमो< ध्याय: देवताओं आदिके साथ श्रीकृष्ण और अर्जुनका युद्ध वैशम्पायन उवाच तस्याथ वर्षतो वारि पाण्डव: प्रत्यवारयत् । शरवर्षेण बीभत्सुरुत्तमास्त्राणि दर्शयन्
Vaiśampāyana uvāca | tasyātha varṣato vāri pāṇḍavaḥ pratyavārayat | śaravarṣeṇa bībhatsur uttamāstrāṇi darśayan ||
毗湿摩耶那说道：其时，暴雨如注倾泻而下，般度之子（阿周那）便将之遏止——号称“怖畏者”的彼，以箭雨迎击雨瀑，且显露其至上神兵之精妙。此段以武艺为有纪律的掌控：以力对力，不以惊惶与放纵相应，而以克制而有旨的应对相抗。
