तथा तु मुदिता: सर्वे पाण्डवा विगतज्वरा: । अवसन् पृथिवीपालांस्तापयन्त: स्वतेजसा,इस प्रकार सभी पाण्डव अपने तेजसे दूसरे नरेशोंको संतप्त करते हुए निश्चिन्त तथा आनन्दमग्न होकर वहाँ निवास करते थे
tathā tu muditāḥ sarve pāṇḍavā vigatajvarāḥ | avasan pṛthivīpālāṁs tāpayantaḥ svatejasā ||
于是，诸般度子皆欣然无忧，居于其地，以自身光威使诸王震慑而归服。此偈点明一段安定的治世：内心的从容与外在的权柄相辅相成，建立秩序——并非凭无谓的残酷，而是凭经由自律而成的力量之自然优势。
