धनुश्व हि शरास्तस्य कराभ्यामपतन् भुवि । वेपथुश्नापि तां दृष्टवा शरीरे समजायत,उनके हाथोंसे धनुष और बाण छूटकर पृथ्वीपर गिर पड़े तथा उसकी ओर देखनेसे उनके शरीरमें कम्प हो आया
dhanuś ca hi śarāś tasya karābhyām apatan bhuvi | vepathuś cāpi tāṃ dṛṣṭvā śarīre samajāyata ||
毗湿摩波耶那说:他的弓与箭从手中滑落,坠于地上;一见到她,周身便生出战栗——那是不由自主的内心骚动之征兆,顷刻间压倒了武者的镇定。
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even a trained warrior can be shaken by sudden emotional or moral disturbance; the body’s involuntary reactions reveal inner conflict, reminding the listener that self-mastery is tested precisely at moments of intense encounter.
A male figure, holding bow and arrows, sees a woman; the shock or overpowering emotion makes his weapons drop to the ground, and his body begins to tremble—signaling a dramatic turning point in the scene.
