Transliteration

tvayā nṛśaṃsakartāraḥ pāpācārāś ca mānavāḥ | nigrāhyāḥ pārthivaśreṣṭha trivargaparivarjitāḥ nṛpaśiromaṇe ||

Translation

万王之最、诸侯之宝啊：你的职责本当是制止并惩罚那些罪恶之人——行事残酷、以恶行度日，背离人生三义：达摩、利（artha）与欲（kāma）。
