तं॑ राजा सह तैश्लौरैरन्वशाद् वध्यतामिति । स रक्षिभिस्तैरज्ञात: शूले प्रोतो महातपा:
taṁ rājā saha taiś caurair anvāśād vadhyatām iti | sa rakṣibhis tair ajñātaḥ śūle protaḥ mahātapāḥ ||
毗湿摩波耶那说：国王以为他与盗贼同伙，便下令：“与他们一并处死。”守卫不识这位大苦行者，竟将他钉穿在刑桩之上。
