苏多说道:“从此以后,我将宣说那极难证得的瑜伽。起初,当先在心中安立永恒者,并以五重方式观想祂。”
Suta
It shifts the focus from outer worship alone to inner Linga—establishing the Eternal Śiva (Pati) in the heart and remembering Him through a structured, fivefold contemplation.
Śiva is presented as “Sanātana,” the timeless Pati beyond change; liberation for the paśu (bound soul) begins by fixing consciousness on this Eternal Reality rather than on transient objects of pāśa (bondage).
A dhyāna-based Pāśupata orientation: first stabilize the mind in Śiva, then perform fivefold remembrance (pañcadhā-saṃsmaraṇa) as the core yogic method.
