देवादिसृष्टिकथनम् (वसिष्ठशोकः, पराशरजन्म, एकलिङ्गपूजा, रुद्रदर्शनम्)

वासिष्ठ उवाच भो वत्स वत्स विप्रेन्द्र पराशर महाद्युते रक्षितो ऽहं त्वया तात गर्भस्थेन महात्मना

vāsiṣṭha uvāca bho vatsa vatsa viprendra parāśara mahādyute rakṣito 'haṃ tvayā tāta garbhasthena mahātmanā

婆悉吒(Vasiṣṭha)说道:“噢,亲爱的孩子——婆罗门中的最胜者,光辉宏大的波罗舍罗(Parāśara)啊——孩子啊,我曾蒙你这大心者护持,甚至在你尚居胎藏之时。”
