इत्येष ज्योतिषामेवं संनिवेशो ऽर्थनिश्चयः लोकसंव्यवहारार्थं महादेवेन निर्मितः

Transliteration

ityeṣa jyotiṣāmevaṃ saṃniveśo 'rthaniścayaḥ lokasaṃvyavahārārthaṃ mahādevena nirmitaḥ

Translation

如是，这诸天体光曜的有序安置，以及其功用之判定，皆由大天(Mahādeva)为世间行持与秩序之所需而建立。
