तस्माच्छतगुणैर्हीनः कर्ममानसुरः स्मृतः / कल्पाद्यैः प्रेरिताः सर्वे रुद्राद्या अधिकारिणः
tasmācchataguṇairhīnaḥ karmamānasuraḥ smṛtaḥ / kalpādyaiḥ preritāḥ sarve rudrādyā adhikāriṇaḥ
因此,被称为“业意阿修罗”(karma-mānāsura)者,被认为在德性上百倍欠缺。凡受任的诸权能者——自鲁陀罗(Rudra)等起——皆在宇宙秩序之法令(劫法 kalpa 与原初规制)的推动下行事。
