dvārapālāśca kartavyā mukhyā gatvā pṛthakpṛthak / kiñcidadūrataḥ kāryā maṭhāstatropajīvinām

Translation

当设立守门之护卫（dvārapāla），以主守者为要，分别驻守各自岗位。又于稍远之处，应建僧舍（maṭha），以供居住并在此奉事之人。
