जया च विजया रुद्रा अजिता च सदाशिवा / मनोन्मनी सर्वमुखी द्व्यङ्गुलाङ्गुलतो ऽथवा
jayā ca vijayā rudrā ajitā ca sadāśivā / manonmanī sarvamukhī dvyaṅgulāṅgulato 'thavā
应祈请:阇耶与毗阇耶、鲁陀罗、阿吉塔与常吉婆(萨达湿婆),又有摩诺恩摩尼与一切面相者(萨尔瓦穆姬);并同样规定其尺寸为二指量(aṅgula)或一指量。
