jayā ca vijayā rudrā ajitā ca sadāśivā / manonmanī sarvamukhī dvyaṅgulāṅgulato 'thavā

Translation

应祈请：阇耶与毗阇耶、鲁陀罗、阿吉塔与常吉婆（萨达湿婆），又有摩诺恩摩尼与一切面相者（萨尔瓦穆姬）；并同样规定其尺寸为二指量（aṅgula）或一指量。
