मज्जस्थो ऽस्थिषु चास्थैर्यमस्वप्नं यत्तदा रुजाम् / शुक्रस्य शीघ्रमुत्सङ्गसर्गान्विकृतिमेव वा

当病邪坐于骨髓时,骨失其稳,并伴随疼痛与失眠;当其侵及生殖精华 śukra,则出现迅速而异常的泄出——或过早排泄,或其他 vikṛti(失调变异)。
