tata ūrdhvaṁ brahmacaryaṁ dhāryann ajuhot prabhuḥ trayodaśābda-sāhasram agnihotram akhaṇḍitam
此后,主罗摩旃陀罗持守圆满梵行,并连续不断地举行阿耆尼霍特罗火供祭祀达一万三千年。
This verse states that Śrī Rāmacandra upheld brahmacarya (strict self-discipline and celibacy) as part of His exemplary dharma.
Śukadeva describes it to show Rāma’s ideal kingship—steadfast adherence to Vedic duties and spotless conduct, performed without interruption.
Maintain steady daily sādhana—such as mantra-japa, prayer, and regulated habits—without long gaps, cultivating consistency as a form of devotion and dharma.
