स्वान् स्वान् बन्धून् परिष्वज्य लक्ष्मणेषुभिरर्दितान् । रुरुदु: सुस्वरं दीना घ्नन्त्य आत्मानमात्मना ॥ २५ ॥
svān svān bandhūn pariṣvajya lakṣmaṇeṣubhir arditān ruruduḥ susvaraṁ dīnā ghnantya ātmānam ātmanā
由于丈夫被罗什曼那（Lakṣmaṇa）的箭射杀，妇女们悲痛地捶胸顿足，拥抱着各自的丈夫，发出凄惨的哭声。
