This verse highlights that Lord Rama advanced with devoted companions—Sugrīva, Lakṣmaṇa, Hanumān and other leaders—showing that divine victory is accompanied by the service and unity of devotees.
The detailed weapon-list emphasizes the formidable, well-defended nature of the rākṣasa forces, thereby magnifying Lord Rama’s righteous mission and the fearless devotion of his followers.
Face daunting obstacles with dharmic purpose and good association—like Rama advancing with devoted allies—rather than relying only on personal strength.
