舒迦提婆说:卡特瓦昂伽王之子为迪尔迦巴胡;其子为闻名的罗古王。由罗古生阿阇,由阿阇诞生伟大的达沙拉塔王。
This verse lists Daśaratha’s forefathers in the solar dynasty: Khaṭvāṅga → Dīrghabāhu → Raghu → Pṛthuśravā → Aja → Daśaratha.
Raghu is named to establish the celebrated Raghu dynasty (Raghu-vaṁśa), the royal line in which King Daśaratha appears and in which Lord Rāma later manifests.
It highlights the importance of honorable lineage and responsibility—encouraging one to live so that one’s actions elevate family, community, and dharma through integrity and devotion.
