Sukta 27
त्रयस्त्रिंशद् देवतास्त्रीणि च वीर्याऽणि प्रियायमाणा जुगुपुरप्स्व१न्तः । अस्मिंश्चन्द्रे अधि यद्धिरण्यं तेनायं कृणवद् वीर्याणि
tráyas-triṃśad devátās trī́ṇi ca vīryā̀ṇi priyā́yamāṇā jugupúr apsv àntaḥ | asmíṃś candré ádhi yád híraṇyaṃ ténā́yaṃ kṛṇavad vīryā̀ṇi |
The Thirty-three Deities, yearning for what is dear, guarded threefold Powers within the Waters. The gold that lieth here upon this Moon—therewith let this man work deeds of power, and win him powers.
三十三位神祇,渴慕所爱之物,在诸水之中守护三重威力。此月轮之上所在的黄金——愿此人凭此成就威力之业,并为己赢得诸般威力。
