This lustre of his, this fiery might, his breath and length of days—these do I wrap and bind upon myself; and this man here I force to face downward, I tread him down beneath.
他的这光辉、这炽烈的威力、他的气息与寿命——我将这一切缠绕并系缚在我自身;而此处此人,我使他面向下伏,将他踏压在下。
Rishi: Angiras/Atharvanic seer-tradition (as typical for competitive and binding formulae in AV 16)
Devata: Varchas-Tejas-Prāṇa-Āyus (personified powers); operative force is the mantra itself (brahman)
Chandas: Mixed/Pragātha-like prose-verse cadence; functionally treated as mantraic formula (often catalogued under Anuṣṭubh-domain in recensional metadata)
{"primary_rasa":"raudra","secondary_rasa":"vira","emotional_arc":"From acquisitive desire (taking powers) to violent closure (pressing down).","listener_experience":"A surge of dominance and certainty; potentially unsettling due to coercive intent.","intensity":9}
