tāmudvṛttajalāṃ dṛṣṭvā prababandha pitāmahaḥ ṛksāmātharvayajubhirvāṅmayairbandhanairdṛḍham

Translation

Thấy nàng như dòng nước cuộn dâng hỗn loạn, Tổ phụ (Brahmā) liền trói buộc nàng thật kiên cố bằng những dây trói bằng lời—tức các thần chú của các Veda: Ṛg, Sāma, Atharva và Yajus.
