समस्तभुवनस्याधोभागे जलाकारात्मिका मण्डूकमयीति भुवनाधारेति विज्ञायते॥१९॥

समस्त-भुवनस्य । अधो-भागे । जल-आकार-आत्मिका । मण्डूक-मयी इति । भुवन-आधारा इति । विज्ञायते ॥१९॥

IAST Transliteration

samasta-bhuvanasyādho-bhāge jalākārātmikā maṇḍūkamayīti bhuvanādhāreti vijñāyate ||19||

Translation

Ở phần thấp nhất của toàn thể vũ trụ, Đấng có tự tánh mang hình thái của nước được nhận biết là “mang bản thể loài ếch”, và là “nền nâng đỡ các thế giới”.

Academic Translation

At the lower region of the entire universe, (She) whose essence is of the form of water is understood as “made of a frog,” and as “the support of the worlds.”
