तावत्तपांसि गर्जंति देहेऽस्मिन्सततं नृणाम् । यदा विष्णुं स्मरेन्नित्यं जिह्वाग्रं पावनं भवेत्

Transliteration

tāvattapāṃsi garjaṃti dehe'sminsatataṃ nṛṇām | yadā viṣṇuṃ smarennityaṃ jihvāgraṃ pāvanaṃ bhavet

Translation

Chừng nào các khổ hạnh còn “gầm vang” trong thân người này không ngừng. Nhưng khi ai luôn tưởng niệm Viṣṇu, thì ngay đầu lưỡi cũng trở nên thanh tịnh, xứng đáng cho lời thánh thiện.
