Transliteration

vaiśākhasya tṛtīyāyāṃ śuklāyāṃ rohiṇīṣu ca | tatpadaṃ nihitaṃ tatra vāstostena mahātmanā

Translation

Vào ngày tithi thứ ba của nửa tháng sáng tháng Vaiśākha, khi chòm sao Rohiṇī ngự trị, bậc đại tâm ấy đã an lập tại đó ‘pada’ thiêng của Vāstu.
