सूत उवाच । तेषां पूजाकृते रौद्रा राक्षसा बलवत्तराः । लंकापुर्याः समायांति सदैव शतशः पुरा

Sūta nói: Để cúng thờ các liṅga ấy, thuở xưa những Rākṣasa hung bạo, sức mạnh vượt trội, từ thành Laṅkā vẫn thường kéo đến từng trăm, không ngừng nghỉ.
