Transliteration

samudrā́d ū́rmir mádhumān úd ārad upā́ṃśunā sáma amr̥tatvám ānaṭ | ghr̄tásya nā́ma gúhyaṃ yád ásti jihvā́ devā́nām amr̥tásya nā́bhiḥ

Translation

Từ đại dương dâng lên một làn sóng ngọt như mật; với lời tụng thầm (upāṃśu) nó đạt đến bất tử. Danh xưng bí mật của ghṛta, điều nó thật là—chính là lưỡi của chư thiên, là rốn của bất tử (amṛta).
