नन्दिकेशावतारवर्णनम् (Nandikeśa Avatāra Varṇanam) — “Account of the Descent/Origin of Nandikeśvara”
सम्पूर्णे सप्तमे वर्षे मित्रावरुणसंज्ञकौ । मुनी तस्याश्रमं प्राप्तौ द्रष्टुं मां चाज्ञया विभोः
sampūrṇe saptame varṣe mitrāvaruṇasaṃjñakau | munī tasyāśramaṃ prāptau draṣṭuṃ māṃ cājñayā vibhoḥ
Khi năm thứ bảy đã trọn vẹn, hai vị hiền triết mang danh Mitra và Varuṇa đến am thất của ông—do mệnh lệnh của Đấng Chí Tôn—để gặp người ấy và cũng để gặp ta.
