tatkurvansa yatissamyakchivadhyānaparo bhavet | niyamena mune nityaṃ praṇavāsaktamānasaḥ
Thực hành pháp ấy, vị du sĩ (yati) sẽ an trú đúng đắn, hoàn toàn chuyên nhất trong thiền quán về Śiva. Hỡi bậc hiền triết, nhờ giữ giới luật nghiêm mật, người ấy phải luôn giữ tâm gắn chặt, bền vững nơi Praṇava (Oṁ).

Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
Mantra: praṇava (oṃ)
Type: stotra
Role: teaching
It presents a Shaiva yogic ideal: through niyama (disciplined observance), the ascetic’s mind becomes steadily absorbed in Oṁ, maturing into single-pointed meditation on Śiva—an inner path toward liberation under Pati (Śiva).
While not naming the Liṅga directly, it supports the inner counterpart of Saguna worship: external devotion culminates in dhyāna, where the mind rests in Śiva through Praṇava, the seed-sound that leads from form-based reverence to inner realization.
Regular disciplined practice (niyama) of japa and contemplation of Praṇava (Oṁ), maintaining continuous mental absorption, as a direct support for Śiva-dhyāna.
