प्रभो जनस्य वृत्रहन्त्समर्येषु ब्रवावहै शूरो यो गोषु गच्छति सखा सुशेवो अद्वयुः

Hỡi chúa tể của dân, đấng sát Vṛtra (Vṛtrahan), giữa các trận chiến xin cho chúng con cất lời xưng tụng. Vị anh hùng đi giữa đàn bò (để ban tặng), người bạn chí ân, đấng không thể bị công phá (advayuḥ).
