Sukta 8.61

अप्रामिसत्य मघवन्तथेदसदिन्द्र क्रत्वा यथा वशः । सनेम वाजं तव शिप्रिन्नवसा मक्षू चिद्यन्तो अद्रिवः ॥

aprā́mi-satya maghaván táthéd asad índra krátvā yáthā váśaḥ | sanéma vā́jaṃ táva śiprin ávasā makṣū́ cid yánto adri-vaḥ ||

Hỡi đấng hào phóng, chân thật không hề sai lạc, xin hãy như thế. Hỡi Indra (Indra), bởi ý chí và quyền năng (krátu) của Ngài, đúng như Ngài muốn. Hỡi đấng hàm mạnh, nhờ sự trợ giúp của Ngài, xin cho chúng tôi giành được sự sung mãn của sức lực (vā́ja); hỡi kẻ cầm đá, cả khi chúng tôi tiến nhanh cũng vậy.
