Sarga 93: Rāvaṇa’s Grief and Fury after Indrajit’s Fall; Move to Slay Vaidehī and Ministerial Restraint
सीतादुःखसमाविष्टाविलपन्तीदमब्रवीत् ।।।।यथायंमामभिक्रुद्धःसमभिद्रवतिस्वयम् ।वधिष्यतिसनाथांमामनाथामिवदुर्मतिः ।।।।
sītā duḥkhasamāviṣṭā vilapantī idam abravīt |
yathāyaṃ mām abhikruddhaḥ samabhidravati svayam |
vadhiṣyati sanāthāṃ māṃ anāthām iva durmatiḥ ||
Sītā, chìm trong sầu khổ và khóc than, nói rằng: “Hãy xem, kẻ ác tâm này đang nổi giận mà tự mình lao thẳng đến ta; hắn định giết ta, như thể ta là kẻ cô độc không nơi nương tựa, dù ta vẫn có bậc hộ trì.”
Thus spoke Sita filled with sorrow crying," This evil minded angry one is coming to me to kill me as though I am an orphan even though I have a protector."
