कुम्भकर्णवधश्रवणेन रावणविलापः
Ravana’s Lament on Hearing of Kumbhakarna’s Slaying
ममशल्यमनुद्धृत्यबान्धवानांमहाबल ।शत्रुसैन्यंप्रताप्यैकस्त्वंमांसन्त्यज्यगच्छसि ।।।।
mama śalyam anuddhṛtya bāndhavānāṁ mahābala |
śatrusainyaṁ pratāpyaikas tvaṁ māṁ santyajya gacchasi ||
Ô bậc đại lực! Chưa nhổ mũi gai sầu khổ khỏi lòng ta và quyến thuộc, ngài một mình thiêu đốt đạo quân địch rồi lại bỏ ta mà ra đi.
"O Kumbhakarna of extraordinary might! You have tormented the enemy army singlehanded with valour. You are going alone leaving me and the kinsfolk."
